These 3 Stretches You Can Do From Your Desk To Fight Lower Back Pain


Good day my people,Here we go again by giving out three thing you can do to fight the back pain you’re having.It has been difficult for some people out there to cope with the back pain and I’m sure y’all will want to get rid of it.So today lets talk about what to do and how to do these three exercise to get off the back pains.


1. Twist and dipp*r : This exercise is been carried out while on sit,and what and how are you suppose to be doing while on sit?

Place the palms of your hands on the back of your head, and twist your torso to the left. From here, bend your torso and bring your right elbow down to your right knee. Repeat on the other side.Do this for as long as you can and trust me it will help relief your back pain problem.

2. Seated hip opener : Here is the second part of the exercise for the back pain relief and how to go about it.

First, put your left ankle on your right knee. Next, bring your left knee slightly closer to your chest, then push it back down. Repeat on the other side.Do this continuously for as long as you can.

3. Scare*crow and swimm*r : Here is the third aspect of the training for back pain relief,What to do and How to do it.

Sit tall with your shoulders down and back. Raise your left arm out to the side, bending your elbow to form a 90 degree angle next to you. Keep your elbow in place, and slowly swing your forearm and palm up and down. Repeat on the other side. Repeat this exercise for as long as you can.

The above three exercise for back pain relied will surely help you get rid of back pain in a very short period of time.
